Bookings and Cancellations

By making a booking through our website or by contacting us directly, you agree to provide accurate personal information.

You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time, and there is no charge for doing so. However, a “no-show”—defined as failing to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice via email, phone, or text—will incur a $50.00 fee or result in the forfeiture of any booking deposit.

If your vasectomy is cancelled due to a clinical decision (e.g., the procedure is not technically possible), or if you choose to cancel for any reason, all payments made, including booking deposits, are fully refundable, excluding any no-show fees. No explanation is required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Respectful Conduct

If a patient engages in behaviour deemed abusive or inappropriate by No Scalpel Clinic, we reserve the right to:

• Decline to provide any further care directly through the clinic,

• Cancel any current or future appointments,

• Retain any booking deposit or prepaid fees, and

• Redirect all post-procedure follow-up (including semen testing, result management, or complication review) to the patient’s own general practitioner or another healthcare provider of their choice.

Patients acknowledge and agree that No Scalpel Clinic is not responsible for arranging, providing, or covering the cost of any redirected follow-up care. Any costs associated with follow-up investigations, consultations, or management of complications are the sole responsibility of the patient.

This policy applies regardless of payment status. Maintaining a respectful environment is essential for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and patients.
